Volunteer Jobs:

Hospitality Team
Volunteers will act as a host for guests and speakers. Must have the heart to serve and encompass confidentiality.

First Impression
This role includes Greeters and Ushers. Applicants requires joyful attitude at all times and the ability to instruct guests with basic needs.

Youth Activity Volunteer
Plan and coordinate youth focus activities at the I Am Ingathering and the Community.

Volunteer Church Coordinator
Help new believers or those curious about Christianity move from where they are into a Christian Community by connecting and engaging the local churches.

Social Media Team
Individuals who are experts in creating communication through social media (FB, IG, and Twitter).

Resource Store
Must have great personality and salesmanship to interact with guests. Be willing to stock inventory and box any remaining inventory of resources.

Set Up & Break Down Team
Available for set up the day before the I Am Ingathering. May require heavy lifting. Available for break down at the last day of the I Am Ingathering immediately following last speaker.

General Requirements:

  • A follower of Jesus Christ and believer in the power of the Gospel.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Commitment to serve.
  • Free of any medication and alcohol that would impair reasoning, response or communication.
  • Possess emotional and spiritual maturity.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to keep conversations and personal contact information confidential.

As part of the application process, each potential volunteer will need to:

  • Participate in a phone interview with our team.
  • Provide requested references and have positive reference feedback.
  • Be willing to purchase a background check.
  • Complete the I Am Ingathering training program.
